Pricing
Standard
- $90.00 /hour
The Standard
support agreement is for those customers who have minimum computer network
needs. If you need less than 4 hours of support each month than a
time and materials plan is for you. Time is billed at the rate of
$90 per hour.
Professional
- $85.00 /hour
The Professional
support agreement provides discounted rates to those customers with minimal
network support needs. If you have a short term project or anticipate
minimal support this is the plan you should choose. With this plan
you agree to use us a minimum of 20 hours or more each month. This
will be billed at the reduced rate of $85 per hour.
Executive
-$80.00 /hour
The Executive
support agreement is for those customers who have an on-going need for
network support. With this out-sourcing arrangement you are seeking
a proactive approach toward your network (repair before there is a problem).
This plan includes your own primary technician who becomes intimate with
your network, an inventory and documentation of your network, yearly needs
analysis, and free phone support (15 calls max. per month). In choosing
this arrangement you agree to full day visit each week. You will
be billed at our reduced rate of $80 per hour.
Unlike most
vendors (with all plans):
· The
majority of our clients are from client referrals (references readily available)
· We
do not have minimums
· We
do not bill for travel time with any plan for customers inside or near
the perimeter.
· We
do not ask you to sign a contract. Rather, we simply ask you to "agree"
to a minimum amount of time. If you are not using the minimum - we
will simply bill you at the appropriate rate.
